    Matt Boatwright - MNAEA, MARLA, Managing Director
    Matt has worked in the property industry for over a decade and has a wealth of experience in both residential sales and lettings. Matt grew up in the Nadder Valley and understands how this part of South West Wiltshire is so very special and unique. With the Nadder Valley so close to Matt's heart, both himself and David opened up Boatwrights Tisbury in June 2015 and Boatwrights Shaftesbury in September 2017 and have enjoyed success ever since. Matt's attitude when it comes to his work is all geared towards honesty, integrity, reputation and fairness.

    Sammi joined Boatwrights in 2019 following several successful years within the Lettings industry in the Blandford area. She has a real drive for customer service and has a keen eye for detail. Sammi oversees our ever expanding Lettings Department and always puts her Clients' needs first.Outside of work, Sammi can be found spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews

    Daniel Syckelmoore MNAEA, GA - Sales Manager
    Daniel, previously working within the Salisbury property market, joined Boatwrights in Tisbury as Senior Negotiator. Growing up in Fonthill Gifford, and now living in Dinton, he is keen to put his knowledge and property expertise of the local area where he grew up into good use. Outside of work Daniel is a keen sportsman; playing cricket for both Dinton and Fovant as well as playing at many of the local golf courses.

    Daniel moved to our Shaftesbury Office in 2023 after 6 years building up our Amesbury Office as the Sales Manager. Having worked for different types of agencies in the local area, Brandon has a wealth of experience in the industry and having grown up and still living in Shaftesbury, Brandon has an in-depth knowledge of the local area.

    Samuel Marsh GA - Sales Negotiator
    Sam has almost a decade's worth of experience in both Residential Sales and Lettings. Being a second-generation estate agent, Sam spent many summers working in his parents' agency located in Hertfordshire, learning the roots of the industry from a young age. Starting as an Apprentice after leaving school, working his way up to become a Senior Negotiator. Wanting to grow his knowledge of the industry, Sam relocated to Salisbury and found Boatwrights where he is continuing has journey in the property world. Sam prides himself going above and beyond for clients and trying achieve the best possible outcome. In his spare time Sam enjoys photography, spending time with his partner and volunteering at Dogs Trust.

    Julia was brought up in the Far East and New Zealand. After qualifying as a medical secretary, she lived and worked in Bath. Having spent 15 years bringing up her 2 children, she has more recently worked at 3 local private schools and is now able to exercise two of her interests: people and property. She likes nothing more than sharing, with potential buyers, the delights of the local area and the properties she's involved with.Julia has lived in this area for over 30 years and currently cherishes spending time with her new grandson. She enjoys Nordic walking and walking holidays abroad with her husband.
