He kept us informed the entire time on how the chain was doing etc., and is just a totally pleasant chap. Kirsty King took over once the sale began moving and it was not an easy sale, with hold-ups everywhere and seeming like every organisation involved was out to hamper us.  However, she was amazing and went above and beyond in getting us to the exchange/completion date.
