    David has worked in the London property market since 2006, gaining experience with some of the industry's leading agencies before founding Garrison Estates in 2018. Specialising in sales, lettings, and new build developments, he brings expert knowledge and a trusted reputation across the capital. 

    Known for his honest advice and friendly, down-to-earth approach, David has built lasting relationships with landlords, vendors, and developers alike. 

    Outside of work, he's a passionate sports fan, five-a-side regular, and devoted Arsenal and England Rugby supporter. He enjoys travelling and spending time with his family in Buckinghamshire.

    With a background in PR for top IT firms in Paris, Kay brought his drive and people skills to London's property market in 2006. Over 14 years at a leading North-West London agency, he helped grow the business, built a standout team, and earned a reputation for results-driven service. 

    Known for his loyalty, hard work, and genuine care for clients, Kay builds long-term relationships and thrives on repeat business. Joining Garrison Estates was a natural fit-shared values, shared ambition. 

    Outside work, Kay's a passionate foodie and racquet-sport enthusiast. He enjoys exploring London with his wife Judy and their two children.

    Luca Garratt - Director
    Luca has over 10 years of experience in the residential development sector. He began his career at Qatari Diar, where he was involved in launching flagship London projects including Chelsea Barracks and Southbank Place. He then joined CBRE, consulting on major residential regeneration schemes such as White City Living, London Dock, and One Crown Place. 

    Before joining Garrison Estates, Luca was the Sales & Marketing Director at Ballymore, where he oversaw the delivery of sales and marketing strategies across a number of key London developments. During this time, he has helped deliver over 2,000 new home sales on projects including The Brentford Project, Embassy Gardens, Wardian London, and London City Island. 

    Luca is known for his approachable nature, strong client relationships, and deep knowledge of the residential market. 

    Outside of work, he's a keen sports fan. A former rugby player, he now prefers the gentler pace of the golf course and enjoys quality time with his wife and family.
