    Team is an association of over 400 independent agents with some 23 offices based in North London including Enfield, Oakwood, Cockfosters and Winchmore Hill. We are linked by a sophisticated computer system with our fellow team agents which allows us to share properties instantly with them. This gives clients the advantage of a much wider coverage but with the benefit of only having to instruct and communicate with Ian Gibbs.

These details are then posted, emailed and sent by text to all suitable prospective purchasers registered on our computer system.     Jonathan has been an estate agent for over 30 years and for 20 years of that as the Sales Manager here at Ian Gibbs. In order to increase his knowledge of the industry, he studied and attained a degree in estate management. Jonathan enjoys the constant challenge of valuing the varied housing stock in Enfield and building relationships with clients from initial marketing, through to moving day. His hobbies and loves including his garden and wildlife pond, and his favourite holiday is a hike in the Italian and German Alps.
