About Us

Keys Estate Agents are a small independent estate agent located in the Heart of Dennistoun on Alexandra Parade. We have an exciting new partnership with Wallace Quinn Solicitors which will create a one stop shop for property sales, marketing and conveyancing. The new tie up will see both businesses remain independent, but combine resources to ensure fast, efficient and profitable property sales for clients. If you have not yet appointed a Solicitor we will be happy to introduce you to Wallace Quinn.

Wallace Quinn will concentrate on conveyancing - the legal process of buying and selling property - while Keys will concentrate on sales and marking.

Pamela McLeman acquired the business in July 2017 and the Keys name is already becoming one of the leading agents in the area. We offer a very personal service to attract clients that are looking for an agent they can trust to look after their property and see the sale transaction through from initial enquiry to sale with continuity, communication and commitment.

We at Keys Estate Agents offer internet advertising with a high street presence. Our aim to provide a personal and efficient service at an affordable price.

Marketing That Works

Recognising that Estate Agency has become much more internet driven, it is vital that your property looks its best on Rightmove and Zoopla. We recognize that one of the most important components of selling any property is to get the advertising right, therefore to ensure that we deliver the best we employ professional photographers called "Vistabee" who send a videographer to prepare a video, HD photography and detailed floor plan.

Our statistics from Rightmove and Zoopla show us that enquirers love to watch the video thus proving to be more effective than just coloured brochures. If potential buyers would like a paper copy brochure then this can be downloaded from any of the websites and coloured photos and floor plan can be provided in a PDF format. This method of advertising maximises opportunities but keeps the cost to a minimum for our sellers.

We also understand that as well as being advertised on Rightmove and Zoopla where you need to be to capture the market, it is just as important to have a face, someone to talk to, to guide and advise, somewhere you can pop in and chat, raise any questions and be made feel welcome.

My name is Pamela McLeman, I have been helping customers buy and sell properties for over 30 years specialising in the east end of Glasgow, Dennistoun and surrounding areas. I have watched the market go through highs and lows, ups and downs, and have always enjoyed the task and challenge of selling property.Selling houses has been my passion for years, there is nothing more satisfying than seeing a customer be successful in purchasing that special home, their first time buy or their new family home. Likewise the satisfaction when you see your vendor client delighted with their sales result, this is what estate agency is all about, matching the right buyers to the right properties.Having acquired Keys Estate Agents, which is an independent agency, I aim to deliver a very personnel service with the emphasis on communication. This is the second time we have sold a property through Keys Estate Agents and if anything, it went even better than last time. All the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. When some unexpected issues arose in the Home Report, they advised us of the best way to address them without damaging the sale prospects. Because of these issues, we weren't very optimistic that we could achieve a quick sale, or a satisfactory price, in spite of the very attractive video which was produced as part of the marketing package. However, at the end of the day, it took 1 week from being put on the market to us accepting a great offer, it went over valuation and the keys changed hands in less than a month!
