    Lee Quigley Real Estate is a blend of the modern estate agent with traditional values. We are a family run business and with well over a decade worth of experience Lee has decided to break out of the cycle and "Do Estate Agency Differently" 
    With the main source of our business coming from referrals we would like to say we are very well regarded. Being a boutique agency we deal with a smaller turnover of listed properties where we will deal with only a certain number of new listings per month, so you receive the highest standard of service required in a highly stressful time when selling your home. You will have ONE point of contact throughout the complete process with direct lines! We have the unique ability to to search for on and off the market for your buyer, adding an extra string to our bow.     With many many years experience in Estate Agency, starting when I was 20 I always wanted to do Estate Agency Differently, from the way I dressed to how I spoke and dealt with negotiations. I wanted to address the more human side to Estate Agency. Fast forward 16 years we have opened out very own company which is exactly that. This is a family company with my wife working alongside myself, my dog Crashie always nearby and my two children pretending to have phones and work. I am Worthing born and bread and I love where I live, with the countless dog walks on the Beach and up the Downs where I would always be on a lookout for a coffee and ice cream. I enjoy to chat and seeing/hearing different stories as they are all different. I have a few myself!
