On the sales side, Partners, Bruce Shaw and Tom Mason head up the residential sales and Director Nick Hutton runs the lettings side of the business. We can arrange appointments with Ignite at their office in Epsom or alternatively at your home, your place of work or at one of our four offices. Ignite advisors are available 7 days a week until 9pm for your convenience.

If a property search is just starting or is on-going, the first meeting will outline the process of buying a house and most importantly establish your budget and the maximum purchase price. Introduction

Bruce Shaw BSc (Hons) MRICS - Senior Partner

Bruce first became involved in estate agency in 1986 joining Osenton Lamden in Ashtead village. Bruce then returned to further education after which he worked for a period in London's West End qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor (RICS) in 1994. In 1996 Bruce decided to work local to home and returned to residential agency with Patrick Gardner & Co and became a full Partner of the firm in 1998.

Bruce is an RICS Registered Valuer and undertakes 'Red Book' Valuations for Inheritance Tax purposes, Capital Gains Tax Valuations and Valuations for Matrimonial purposes. Bruce is also able to advise on development opportunities and has been involved in a number of schemes ranging from single unit sites to multiple unit sites.

Bruce has lived most of his life in Ashtead and has two older children. In his spare time he enjoys wine tasting and gardening and when he has time, indulges in his passion for fly fishing for trout and salmon.

Now in his 18th year with Patrick Gardner Residential, Tom manages the experienced and successful residential sales team in Leatherhead office. Tom has extensive local knowledge and prides himself on providing the highest standards of personal service. Educated at St John's School, he now also lives in Leatherhead. Whilst Tom enjoys travelling, his main passions are outdoor sports, particularly snow skiing, he is also an enthusiastic golfer and most recently has taken up scuba diving.
