    STAGE 2 HOME REPORT
    You have to provide a Home Report to show anyone who is genuinely interested in buying your property: this is a legal requirement. A Home Report has three compulsory features: A Single Survey and Valuation, an Energy Report and a Property Questionnaire. We can advise you on the best platforms or firms to use to create your Home Report. Alternatively, we can arrange for a Home Report to be carried out and produced on your behalf.

    STAGE 3 PREPARATION
    We will give you honest, well-informed advice on the best way to sell your property, and we will create a bespoke marketing strategy for you.     When your property is launched to market, a For Sale board will go up and viewings will start. If you are unable to attend, a member of staff will conduct viewings on your behalf.     James embarked upon his estate agency career in 1986 with Slater Hogg and Howison. Since 1994, he has been based in Bearsden and, in subsequent years, has represented more clients in the sale of their homes than any other agent in the area. In 2003, he was one of the founding Partners of Corum, Estate Agents. He joined Rettie & Co.'s Bearsden office in March 2015. He is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents.

Her career began working with a large corporate estate agency and, after learning the ropes, Jane progressed to manage their very successful Newton Mearns operation for many years.
