    When we think of Alex, there are four p's that spring to mind.... Passionate, persistent, particular and patient. His persistence and passion for estate agency are what has got him here today and if you ask the man himself, he will tell you he dreamed of being an estate agent since he was in nappies. As weird as that is for us to picture, we are thankful for his persistence and passion as Richard James honestly wouldn't be what it is today if it wasn't for the four P's that Alex consistently brings to the table. Although he's not quite 40 yet, he is already sporting a wonderful head of silver locks and supporting one seriously beautiful family, his mind is still that of an excited child in a toy store, but when we say toys, we aren't talking about Lego, we are talking about Cars.... SPORTS cars, really really expensive ones. Luckily, he gets just as excited about cars as he does about houses and the enthusiasm in his ways will honestly get you excited too!

    Courtney Williams - Office Coordinator
    Having grown up within the pub industry, its fair to say Courtney's not shy when it comes to having a chat with whoever will listen - (and pouring a cracking pint!) In her spare time she can be found sat in front of the TV watching crime documentaries with a glass of wine in hand. When not indulged in a crime, Courtney can be found in the gym (mainly in the hot tub and sauna though). Being a chatterbox definitely bodes well for her in the workplace and she can be found happily answering the phone and catching up with her new clients!

    Matthew Boobyer - Sales Negotiator
    Matt would describe himself as a perfectionist, a joker and someone stylish. He claims to have an impressive trainer collection however, they are yet to debut in the office because they don't quite fit the brief of 'professional sales agent'. Although Matt has also admitted to ironing ALL of his clothes, even if he's just popping to the shops - which we've got to say is quite impressive. When Matt isn't at work, he's watching his favourite team, Newcastle United, even if it doesn't always end well. He's excellent at quoting movies too - so we know who to rely on for pub quizzes of the future.

    Rocky Redman Land - Sales Negotiator
    Rocky, while easily having the coolest name in the office, is a self-admitted chatter box. He enjoys nothing more than having a good chinwag with his clients to get to know them and build relationships so he can find the property that's perfect for them. When he's not in the office, you won't find him sitting still - he's got far too much energy for that! Instead, you're more than likely to find him down the golf course whittling down his handicap (he's already in single figures) or out socialising.

    Joe Campbell - Sales Negotiator
    Joe is the perfect pub companion; not only is he a tournament winning Pool and Darts player, as a history buff and car aficionado he can smash any pub quiz he comes across. Tenacious, bold, and outgoing, Joe loves the buzz of matching a buyer with the perfect home and going that extra mile to get the job done right. Out of the office, you're more than likely to find him on the pitch having a kick about (sun is preferable but not required).

    What Danny can't do is spin on his head whilst riding a unicycle, but that is literally the only thing he can't do.     If Alex was a DJ he'd be Tony Blackburn. Our very own silver fox, with a smooth line in patter, he likes to think of himself as the housewife's favourite. Well informed, well groomed and well smooth (debatable), he's one of the easiest going people you'll ever meet. Alex has been working at Richard James since 2001 and knows his job inside out. Professional and reassuring, he's listed more homes for us than anyone else.

    Izzy does it all - From valuing properties to conducting viewings! And she knows a thing or two about the local area too because she was born and raised in Swindon. When she's not at work, you'll find Izzy in the gym, but it's all about balance, right? So, nothing is stopping her from following up a sweaty gym-sesh with a takeaway and a night on the sofa, watching a film! Luckily for the clients who have the pleasure of dealing with Izzy, her bubbly personality, drive to help people move and honesty means she's very good at making dreams come true.

Seeing our look of horror, she hastily added that she meant the colour grey, not the pants film. Phew! Collective sigh of relief heaved. Yes, Ellis-Rose's favourite colour is grey (not rose?) bang on trend for interior decoration, whether or not you choose Elephant's Breath, Smoked Trout, Mouse's Back, Dusky Chalk, Ebony Mist, Slate, Mink, Purbeck Stone, French Gray, ...yes, we could go on but that would be more boring than watching paint dry.
