I want you to know how much I have valued and appreciated my association with your agency. Ever since the day when my wife and I made the decision to appoint Sharman Burgess as selling agent, I have been constantly aware of the valued service you have provided. Finding ourselves just a few weeks earlier with the impending responsibility to clear and sell  the property, I personally was very apprehensive. Firstly, is the fact that I lived 75 miles away. Secondly, I have never sold a property on my own account because I have lived at my current address for the 45 years I have owned a property. Thirdly of course, was the matter of an empty property in a place I knew extremely little about. As I said on my final visit to your office, your responsiveness and awareness had always come across as if we were the only people you were having to deal with.
