May I just say what a pleasure it has been to find an attentive, knowledgeable and courteous agency to sell my house for me. 

 Throughout the sales process, you have shown a good grasp of the local market, and whilst I have been looking to buy another property, your agency is one of only two with which I am registered in the Chichester area which has contacted me prior to properties being released onto the market to check if I was interested.
