  Kirstie, I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for your efforts on Friday in getting the sale to exchange. It was a painful process but we got there in the end which was pretty amazing considering there were 10 people in the split chain. I really wanted to pass on my huge thanks to Jacqui, without whom I am certain this would never have happened. Jacqui did a fantastic job of getting to the bottom of the chain and set up the exchange when she was informed everything was ready. Because the sales progressor on our side was on holiday, Jacqui stepped in in order to progress the sale. I cannot begin to tell you the amount of time and effort that Jacqui put in to this without being asked. She also did a brilliant job of explaining to me how things worked whilst alleviating my stress levels, which were extremely high. Although Jacqui was on holiday the Friday she had primed absolutely everyone in the chain and ensured everyone was ready the day before. I cannot praise Jacqui highly enough she was an absolute star and I really do believe it would not have happened without her knowledge, flexibility and persistence.
