We received first class customer service from haart from the moment we called to arrange a valuation on our house. Viewings started immediately and were well organised. Any enquiries I had were answered to very promptly.After selling the property Holly and the team, especially Leeson and Scott have all been very supportive with helping myself and my buyer through the process. We will definitely use you again if we decide to sell up in the future and would highly recommend to friends and family.

I had a difficult property to sell. A shared freehold with lots of character but also lots of headaches. Holly was very positive and professional in her valuation and advice; she communicated well during the process and really put in the hours when it counted. After one quite inconsiderate buyer strung things out for nearly four months before pulling out, I nearly gave up. Shirelle stepped in and put the process back on track, securing no less than 3 higher offers in two weeks, one being my eventual buyer. As torturous as it had been I had the feeling throughout the process that Holly, Shirelle, Leeson, and Ali and all of the staff at haart had my interests in mind and stuck with me until completion.

I had been considering a move from my house for some time, and was just generally looking around. I saw a property advertised with haart and made an appointment to view. It was a beautiful property. However my house was not on the market. I explained this to Mohammed in the Northampton branch who came round that evening to value it. Mohammed gave me a very fair valuation. Not only did he put the house on the market that evening, I actually had two viewings that same evening. That is how efficient he is. Sadly I missed that property, however, even though we had the Christmas period in the middle of my sale the viewings did not seem to die down, and I actually secured a sale in early January, even though I had not secured a property for myself. Mohammed asked what I was looking for, and with the briefest of descriptions, he took me to a house, which I can only describe as my dream house. He always had his figure on the pulse, and knew exactly what I wanted. I put an offer on that property in February. My sale and purchased completed by the end of April. I can say the whole process was so simple. They talked me through everything, at every step of the way. I had weekly updates of where I was at, and when the solicitors came up with any snags, they informed me before it became a problem, and got it sorted straight away. I would wholly recommend haart. Had it not been for haart I do believe I would still be in my old property, still trying to make my mind up.
