Families love South Woodford for the schools and green spaces, while commuters use the station (on the Central Line) to get into Liverpool Street or Stratford. The North Circular runs past South Woodford, and the M25 and M11 are easily accessible too. However, it's not just South Woodford's schools and transport links that make it popular - there's a strong sense of community here, plus some good pubs and quirky independent shops and cafes.
Property-wise, there's a real variety, so something for everyone, from Victorian and Edwardian homes to '20s and '30s houses and new-build flats. You'll find large Victorian houses in Broomhill Road, while the Monkhams Estate is near the station and has detached and semi-detached Edwardian and 1920s homes. Smaller terraces can be found east of the station.
The haart team is here Monday to Saturday. Come and see us at 141-143 George Lane, or give us a call.
