Both branches have experienced record years in both sales and lettings - leading to an additional nine members of staff being added to the ranks to meet increased demand - and to uphold Crofts' reputation for excellent customer service.

The opening of the new Louth office in the busy Market Place has seen Crofts' first foray into more rural Lincolnshire, with house-building in this ever-popular market town set to rise again this year. Louth is a popular area for young families, with highly-regarded schools and amenities - and was recently named 'Britain's Favourite Market Town' by the BBC's Countryfile.

With a population of just over 16,000, the market town of Louth itself has lots to offer to families of all ages, from its elegant Victorian architecture and abundance of independent shops to nearby attractions such as Rushmoor Country Park, Cadwell Park racing circuit, as well as the rolling Lincolnshire Wolds on its doorstep.

Crofts' new Louth office has all the functionality of their existing branches, with a smart refurbishment and external touchscreen technology - meaning all three branches are 'open' 24 hours a day for enquiries and bookings.
