Mr Huttlestone: We had to sell Mum & Dads house in Hertford and chose Kings Estate Agents and also used their Conveyancing service. The team in Hertford was outstanding - from taking a stunning set of photos to guiding us through the process. They knew the market extremely well and the house sold just three hours after the photos were taken. Harsal at Kings Conveyancing took over and worked in conjunction with the branch from then to completion. Like the team in Hertford the Conveyancing team were outstanding, they were supportive with the vast array of forms that have to be completed. They kept us up to date by phone, text and email and we were also able to follow the process through using Kings eWay online system. This was particularly useful as both executors of my parents' estate could follow the process. I would recommend Kings as both an estate agent and also for their legal expertise - their knowledge and overall support and care made them an excellent choice and I will use them again when the need arise
