Stevens Estate Agents opened in the thriving village of Henfield in 1988 and operate from a prominent office within the High Street. Our Lettings Department opened in March 2010 offering a full service which can be catered to individual needs. Being a fully bonded member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), this means a Code of Practice in all aspects of the business is followed.

From our newly refurbished office properties are prominently displayed with our eye catching and illuminated window displays whilst illustrated property particulars, many with floor-plans are available to download, collect or by post. Stevens are continually innovating and realise the importance of the latest information technology and are therefore featured on all important property portals whilst always delivering an unbeatable personal service.
