Dear All, It may be a couple of months on from the move of my family to The Gibb but my intention to write and sincerely thank you for all your excellent support at all times has been somewhat delayed due to the time being taken up to turn this fabulous place into our home. You have made me and my three children very happy, we are overwhelmed by this home and it was made all the more fabulous to be supported by such a wonderful team. My special thanks goes to Marianne, for convincing me to visit the cottage when I had previously dismissed it on the fact that there was no parking and also Jean, who had a challenging time towards the completion agreement date from me due to my frustrations. I wanted to drop you a line just to let you know how impressed and grateful we were with the service we received from Strakers over the course of our house sale and purchase. People are always quick to contact companies when they receive bad service so I think it only right that when someone receives exceptional service, they also point it out. We had both our house sale and purchase dealt with by Marianne and I cannot express fully just how grateful we are to her for all she did for us. Her levels of professionalism, attention to detail and care were absolutely outstanding. Marianne was always on top of every item and we were always made to feel like ours was the only case she was dealing with, even during periods that were stressful to us. We always felt there was nothing missing or being left to chance or overlooked. Even from the initial valuation stage on our house, we had received quotes from other firms and were deciding which one to go with. We viewed a house through Strakers and after 2 minutes in Marianne's company, we knew "this is the lady we want dealing with our house". There was no hard sell to get us to request a valuation, just a simple "if you'd like us to value, please just give me a ring" and it was so refreshing in comparison with the other estate agents we'd spoken to who were all very aggressive.
