Seller Insights

“We first came to Westborough in 1988. We fell in love with The Old Rectory as soon as we saw it; there is a wonderful sense of history here.”

“The views from the house to the garden are beautiful and we have enjoyed the garden through the changing seasons with its wonderful birdsong.”

“The two principal rooms are a great place to entertain family and friends and visiting children always find it an adventurous place to explore, particularly the attics and cellars.”
