Vendors comments  We have loved our cottage and felt it was our piece of paradise.  Unfortunately due to ill health we have made the difficult decision to sell.  The house has a warm and welcoming feel with many features we have added over the years we have lived here. We always enjoyed the amount of wildlife that came into the garden and how the house was so convenient to town, but is far away from any road noise in a lovely quiet location. 

The entrance porch welcomes you into the lounge of this wonderful cosy cottage.  The porch is situated off the private patio area and large garden.  There are terracotta tiles and a stain glass window to the side. 

The spacious lounge is off the entrance porch and oozes character.  There is a feature fireplace, wooden flooring and high ceilings, with a wall of forest stone to add to the character.  There is a large window looking out over the patio, and a spiral staircase to the bedrooms and shower room on the first floor.

The kitchen and dining room is a wonderful space. This large room has a RangeMaster cooker, Belfast sink and lovely wooden units creating this lovely space.  It is large enough for a good size table and chairs.  There is a window that looks out to the green. 

The spiral staircase guides you up to the first floor.  The landing has wooden flooring and flows nicely to the bedrooms and shower room.

The shower room is a good size, with a large modern walk-in shower cubicle and electric shower, with part tiled walls and wooden flooring.  There is a glass basin sitting on a standalone storage unit. 

The primary bedroom is spacious double bedroom.  This room has wooden flooring that flows from the landing.  The large window attracts lots of natural light and looks out over the private patio and garden.  There is a disconnected shower which can easily be re-used as an en-suite or converted to a large fitted storage cupboard. There is a built in storage cupboard.

The second bedroom is a good size.  This room has high ceilings and carpeted flooring and benefits from a large window looking out to the green space outside.

The private patio is outside the porch.  The workshop is positioned here for easy access.  There is a pathway along the side of the house and also a path guiding you to the wonderful garden areas.

The private large garden is wonderful.  This garden consists of a shed, workshop, greenhouse, patio areas and large lawned space with matured trees in abundance.  There is a gate for access to the allocated parking.

The private parking is positioned outside the garden gate for easy access to the house.
