New Street is a one-way road which was once very busy as a cut through from the town centre to The Downs however changes to Altrincham Town Centre one way system has dramatically reduced passing traffic so New Street has become a very much quieter road yet is in the heart of the town.

All in all this is a lovely property that has many appealing features, in our view more desirable than many other roads close to Hale and Altrincham with period terrace homes, it has scope for improvement, is very realistically priced and we would strongly recommend an early internal inspection.
