Description
Located in one of the smaller housing estates on the popular west side of Milton Keynes, this detached home has impressive bedroom sizes and three bathrooms.
A central entrance hall offers a comfortable space to greet guests and take off coats and shoes. Just off the entrance hall is a WC as well as a good size utility room which offers a separate space for a washing machine, tumble dryer and ample storage for all your cleaning products.
One side of the house is the impressive kitchen/dining space. Remodelled from the original design, this is the perfect heart of the home as it offers plenty of space for a large dining table, and also has a breakfast bar. Appliances include a dishwasher, wine fridge and eye-level double oven, as well as space for an American-style fridge/freezer. Double doors lead off to the rear garden which has a patio and flat lawn. A side gate leads to the double-width driveway. The double garage has been converted to additional living space with french doors onto the garden, making it a perfect entertaining space or even a home office should you wish to have the separation between 'work' and home.
The other side of the house is the living room that runs front to back, and also has doors leading to the garden. A wrap-around staircase leads to the first floor which has an impressive landing. The master bedroom has built-in wardrobes as well as its own ensuite with double shower. An impressive second bedroom and fifth bedroom (both with built-in wardrobes) make up the rest of this floor, and have access to the four-piece family bathroom which also has a double shower.
The top floor has two further bedrooms, one with an ensuite, and makes a great space for a older child who wants their own space. Alternatively, if you have younger children who you want to be on the same floor as the main bedroom, this floor is ideal for guests.
