The kitchen is equipped with ample cupboard space, a walk-in pantry and a larder cupboard. Appliances comprise a Leisure range cooker, a Bosch dishwasher and an integrated fridge and freezer. For white goods, there is a utility room off the kitchen, with doors leading to the garage.

There are three good sized bedroom suites, all equipped with modern white bathrooms. The main bedroom having wall to wall cupboards and an outlook across the garden. There is also a separate macerating WC.

The versatile self-contained annexe, formerly a home office, is on the lower ground floor. There is a kitchen, bed/sitting room and bathroom. There is also a plant room housing the boiler and pool equipment; the pool can also be heated via the solar panels situated on the roof of the pool.

Dexters is approached via a shared private drive (owned by the property) where there is a small area of the garden to one side and ample off road parking to the front of the house on the other, with a triple garage and ample storage space.
