"One of our favourite things about this location is the beautiful park only 5 minutes away which our dog loves even more than we do. It's a lovely and safe street, and we have great neighbours on both sides. It's also so convenient with commuting options for multiple TFL lines - the Elizabeth Line and District Line, plus Overground, and a great selection of shops just a short walk away on Katherine Road.
We love cooking and entertaining for our friends and family, so we're really going to miss the kitchen - it's the largest we've ever had and we've made some really memorable meals here. The Garden too, it's been such an oasis and also a really flexible space for alfresco dining - nestled amongst mature planting, vegetables and a decades-old grapevine which wraps around more than ten metres of the garden perimeter and provides a bountiful green canopy."
