The loft room is divided into two sections with sloping ceilings and velux windows to either end.


Externally, to the front, there is a driveway providing off road parking and an area of lawn and pathway to the entrance door. The rear garden has patio area, brick built shed and an area of lawn with flower beds surrounding stocked with shrubs and flowering plants.
