The site currently comprises a cleared vacant parcel of land, to the west of the gardens of properties on Thorndike Close. Access to the site is via Thorndike Close (which is owned by the vendor). The site is situated in the village of Aylesford, a charming village located on the River Medway in Kent, England. The site is situated approximately 3.8 miles north of Maidstone, 6.2 miles south of Rochester and 14.8 miles east of Sevenoaks.
