Description

Sharawle is a detached family home that has recently been extended and now offers 3653 sqft of flexible living. The accommodation is spaced out over three levels, first floor, ground floor and lower ground floor, which has been designed to allow plenty of natural light to flood through the property.

The main reception rooms can be accessed from the ground floor level including the generous sitting room, dining room, study, and the kitchen/breakfast room. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are also on the ground floor, with a bathroom supplying a bath and a separate shower.

The generous kitchen/ breakfast room has a vaulted ceiling and bifold doors leading out onto a decked balcony which benefits from far reaching countryside views, giving a feeling of space and light. Built in kitchen units include, full height fridge and freezer, two single ovens, a steam oven and combi microwave/oven, and dishwasher. The granite work tops create seamless contemporary interiors, with the adjoining dining room with roof lantern and sofa seating area for watching TV, provides the perfect entertaining space for large family occasions.

This then leads through in to the more formal spacious sitting room with bay windows and study ideal for working from home. Bedroom five is currently used as a music room. There is also a useful utility/boot room and wc, immediately adjacent to the kitchen with space for washing machine and tumble dryer.

The lower ground floor offers the playroom, wc, and generous family/games room/gym with bifold doors leading out on the terrace. This room could be used as an art studio or workshop for home hobbies. The new extension has also allowed for a stunning principal bedroom with en suite shower room and dressing room with fitted cupboards. This could also be used as a guest suit or living space for an older sibling.

The upper first floor provides a further three bedrooms and shower room.

Outside is a rear garden mainly laid to lawn with mature trees and shrubs enclosed with close board fencing, there are paved terraced areas to the rear and side of the property creating private seating areas for all the family. There is a greenhouse and room for a trampoline!

The balcony terrace is the real gem with glass balustrade and slate flooring over looking the countryside beyond.

Two internal sheds can be accessed from the front and rear providing useful storage for outdoor equipment.

To the front is a gravel drive providing off road parking and an electric car charging point.
