Built in circa 1985, Blossoms is a detached bungalow offering excellent potential for modernisation.
Situated on the outskirts of the sought-after town of Edenbridge, with easy access to Blossoms Park, the property consists of two spacious bedrooms, along with a kitchen and an open-plan living/dining room, offering flexibility in terms of its principal use.
The kitchen/breakfast room provides good storage and preparation space, with an integrated oven and gas hob, a washing machine, and space for a single fridge and freezer. The principal bedroom enjoys a west-facing orientation and an ensuite shower room. There is one further double bedroom, served by the family bathroom.
The living/dining room is particularly noteworthy. This versatile space benefits from a healthy level of natural light and lovely views out to the west facing garden through the sliding French doors. The property also benefits from a good-sized loft space.

To the rear, the secluded and well-maintained garden has been lovingly cared for and looked after by the property’s current owner, featuring a good-sized lawn, surrounding fencing, and an abundance of greenery. To the side of the garden, the garage and driveway are accessible.
