Planning permission was granted by Cherwell District Council on the 12/08/2022 for two substantial five bedroom detached houses on a total plot of about 0.95 acres. Planning ref: 21/03579/F.

We have shown on the site plan the proposed re-routing of the footpath.

The boundaries for the plots are shown on the site plan as 'Lot 2'.

An option to buy a further 0.73 of an acre is available by separate negotiation - shown in blue on the site plan.

The Plots lie to the south east of the house in what was the originally the garden of Leys House.

Adderbury is an attractive and thriving village with a range of amenities including a village store, post office, garage, hair salon and four public houses. The well-supported, St Mary's church dates from the 14th century and is a focal point of the village. Communication links are excellent with easy access to the M40 and for commuters Banbury mainline railway station offers regular services to London Marylebone and Birmingham.

The market town of Banbury is within easy reach and provides a good range of high street shopping, retail parks and restaurants, along with Spiceball leisure centre and park. More extensive shopping, leisure and cultural amenities can be found in Oxford, Stratford-upon-Avon and Leamington Spa. There is a good choice of independent schooling in the vicinity including Bloxham School, Winchester House, Carrdus and St. John's Priory
