Buying this penthouse was a dream come true for us. The first thing that everyone comments on is the epic view. From St Mary Redcliffe in the east to the Cathedral front and centre, then the Wills building and Cabot tower and down to the river front. The other thing that strikes you is the huge amount of outdoor space. Every room opens out onto the wrap-around terrace and there are plenty of spaces to lounge around outside. The apartment itself is full of light and you feel as if you are floating above the city. Despite being in the centre of Bristol it is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The large living area is such a relaxing space, designed to make the most of the panoramic view. The other rooms are well-proportioned; both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and both bathrooms have external windows. We have absolutely loved living here but now is the time for us to downsize and for someone else to cherish this very special home.
