    The road next to the apartments can get busy, but the windows shut out any noise really well. There's a bus stop right next to the building which is super handy!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I wanted to add a parking space a little while after moving in, and the team were great in sorting this out for me.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I didn't realise to begin with that visitors to Spring Wharf are also able to park, I just needed to let the team know my friend was parking for the day.

    The building management responded quickly to my issue about the kitchen water tap, resolving it within a day. Their prompt attention and effective communication made the process seamless, reflecting their commitment to resident satisfaction. I appreciate their proactive approach to maintenance and support.

    One thing I wish I had known before moving in is the ease of access to local amenities. While I was aware of nearby shops and restaurants, I didn’t realize just how convenient everything would be. Having grocery stores, cafés, and parks within walking distance has made life here much more enjoyable and convenient!

    Supermarkets and shops with bus stops close. Traffic noise and construction during the day but that stops during the night.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Helped me by sorting out issues and answering questions effectively.

    I wish I knew what furniture would be included with the apartment. The furniture included is ejough but I wish I knew what I needed to provide myself.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Near to supermarkets such as Lidl and Sainsbury’s which is very handy. Near a main road but if you are on the higher floors you can’t hear it. Parking is amazing and the staff are great at booking spaces in for visitors for free.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Not had any issues with the flat so far but all the staff are lovely and happy to help with any problems.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Some amenities aren’t provided e.g. microwave, kettle, toaster or bin.

    Great transport links with bus and train stations within a few mins walk. Also plenty of local shops for quick access if you do not want to travel all the way into the city centre.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes, although fixes have taken a long time to be resolved.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    There are plenty of friendly pets in the development which is nice to bump into, there is also a concierge service for all deliveries which is great as you never have to worry about being in for deliveries.
