About Williams Estates, Rhyl

17-19 Kinmel Street, Rhyl, LL18 1AH
Industry affiliations:
Welcome
Our story so far...

Williams Estates began with one person, one vision, and one bold leap of faith. Before founding the company, Jason Williams spent over a decade managing estate agency offices, gaining qualifications in property and earning the role of Past President for the North Wales, South Cheshire, and Merseyside branch of the National Association of Estate Agents.

Driven by a belief that estate agency could be done better - with more care, more transparency, and more results - Jason sold his own home to fund his first office. From that single decision grew one of North Wales' most recognised and awarded estate agencies.

Over 25 years later, Williams Estates is now a trusted name across the region, with a team built on the same values Jason started with: Dedication, professionalism, and a deep understanding of what moving home really means.

"This is more than our business, it's a legacy, and we're only just getting started."

1999 - Williams Estates is established

With ambition high and a vision taking shape, the first major step was securing a premise on

Denbigh High Street

. The space may have been vacant, but for Jason, it was full of possibility.

The Williams Estates name was officially chosen, the brand was born, and our very first website domain was registered. A small but symbolic moment marking the start of something much bigger.

From that humble office in Denbigh, we opened our doors, picked up the phones, and began building the trusted reputation that still defines us today.

2002-Expanding Home: Prestatyn Office Opens

After two successful years in Denbigh, it was time to grow. In 2002, Williams Estates opened its second office in Prestatyn, a prime location in Jason's hometown, bringing the business closer to its roots and the communities that shaped it.

This year also marked a personal and professional milestone, with Jason receiving his first Entrepreneur Award, recognising his bold vision, hard work, and the growing impact of Williams Estates in North Wales.

What began as a single office quickly became a trusted regional name.

2004 - Rhuddlan Opens & Gold for Wales!

That year, we achieved a huge honour. Gold for Best Estate Agency in Wales at the prestigious Estate Agency Awards. It was a defining moment, recognising the passion, professionalism, and results that had become our trademark.

Now an award winning name across the nation.

2007 - New Rhyl office opens

Our expansion along the North Wales coast continued with the opening of our Rhyl office in 2007. As demand for our trusted service grew, so did our footprint, bringing our award winning expertise to even more clients and communities.

With four thriving offices, Williams Estates was fast becoming one of the most recognisable estate agency names in the region.

2013-Ruthin Launches, upwards in Denbigh

As the property market began to recover, Williams Estates seized the opportunity to grow once again - this time by opening a brand new office in Ruthin, expanding our reach further inland.

That same year, we made a bold investment in our future by purchasing a large, prominent Victorian building in Denbigh. A landmark moment that reflected our confidence, ambition, and deep roots in the local area.

2013 marked a fresh chapter of strength, stability, and continued growth.
