The A3 provides easy access to motorway links to the south coast and London as well as Gatwick and Heathrow airports.
There are excellent recreational facilities in the area with the cottage being surrounded by National Trust Land. Blackdown provides fantastic walking, mountain biking and riding with miles of bridleways some of which lead directly from the house. Local sporting facilities include racing at Goodwood, Polo at Cowdray and sailing from Chichester as well as other centres along the south coast.
