There are local buses and the famous steam railway and river boats for a trip out. Plus, plenty of local historical and architectural locations such as Brixham harbour along with some great eateries from cream teas to a Bistro lunch with many local eateries allowing your 4-legged friend to accompany you.
Our Sunseeker Sensation is the complete package with a full glass wrapped decking and views over the park, wake up and enjoy a coffee and take in the fresh sea air. From your coffee to Al fresco dining or just to catch a little vitamin D and just kick back and relax, this decking will be the perfect place, plus you have a private parking bay and still plenty of laid to lawn area for your family and friends to enjoy a BBQ.
The Sunseeker Sensation has a stunning entrance space perfect for pets and children to be in and out enjoying the fresh air with a handy bench seating and coat hooks to keep everything in its place. The open plan leads into the kitchen with its light modern design and every chefs dream as this kitchen comes complete with a built-in, integrated full fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, wine cooler and accompanied by an oven, hob and grill and extractor fan and plenty of storage cupboards and work tops, not only that but it has an island perfect for entertaining with two bar stools and makes this kitchen a really inviting space.
Just in front with ample of space you will find a free-standing dining table and chairs which are located by the window perfect for a morning coffee, crossword, family meals or a fun games night.
To the side of the dining area is the lounge. There is a comfy sofa and two sage coloured arm chairs, there are side units for display and storage plus a stunning fire place with a flame effect fire and there is ample of space above for a large TV. All this leads to the terrace doors and onto the decking where a perfect evening can be spent with a glass of wine or just gaze at the stars.
The master bedroom is located at the back of the holiday home comes complete with a large bed set against a large headboard, bedside tables and a large dressing table with stool. There is also plenty of space to change etc or if required room for a travel cot or pets bed. You will find two wardrobes and a very spacious en-suite shower room plus there are plug sockets and a TV socket. This room has bags of light from the large side window. Its everything you need for a peaceful night’s sleep and one of our favourite master suites to date.
This family bathroom comes complete with a large double size shower cubical, w.c. basin with above vanity unit and is very modern in design and has lots of floor space.
The second bedroom comes with twin beds both 3ft by 6ft and a double wardrobe and a bedside table plus a dressing mirror, shelf, plug and TV sockets, perfect for any guest staying.
