From our office in Gosport Street proceed to the second roundabout and turn left up East Hill which joins Avenue Road. At the traffic lights at the end of Avenue Road turn right onto Southampton Road and take the second left onto Kings Road. Follow the road and as it becomes Kings Crescent the property will be found to the right hand side marked by a For Sale board.
