The kitchen is a fabulous space with the Everhot Stove at the heart with the eye-catching port hole window above. All appliances are integrated as well as the electric oven and beautiful Belfast sink. There is a fabulous breakfast bar dividing the room well, allowing for a good-sized sitting area with a log burner. The room has French doors out onto the patio area to enjoy outdoor dining or allowing the beautiful garden in.
Through a panelled archway is a wonderful dining area with wooden flooring. The dining
area is a great space with a stable door out to the garden. Through the dinning area is another panelled archway leading to a snug area. The room is panelled and has double doors to the garden. The ground floor also has a large utility room with excellent storage, a further integrated fridge/freezer as well as a W.C. and a shower.
