What attracted you to the property when you bought it ?

The area is very sought after and has a thriving village community as well as a brilliant village shop. The house is set amongst 26 acres of land which creates a feeling of spaciousness amidst a country surrounding which includes glimpses of roaming deer, brilliant sunsets which can be seen from the ground and low levels of light pollution making stars easily visible in the night skies. 
 
What improvements have you made to the house ?

We've added new blinds to most of the windows, the huge chimney stack towering over the house has been painted, new lighting has been added as well as internal and external electric points and most of the rooms have been freshly painted, exterior window ledges have all been painted and two areas of the house have feature walls added. 

What have you enjoyed about living there ?

The house is beautifully appointed with masses of light and space, it's comfortable, warm and safe and has the feeling of living and being part of a community in the countryside, yet within easy reach of both Bromley, Sevenoaks and Orpington as well as the M25 as well as train stations with easy access to London and Kent. Church Road leading into the open spaces of Halstead Place with it's own beautiful church is stunning, open spaces, cricket ground, walks, secret paths, Coolings and Poll Hill Garden Centres within walking distance.
