Accommodation - A path from the driveway leads to an entrance hall with doors to a ground floor WC, integral garage, dining room and stairs to the first floor. The dining room has a UPVC door leading to the garden, large storage cupboard and an archway leading to the kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with white base and wall cabinets with matching roll top worktops incorporating a propane gas hob, sink, blue tiled splashbacks, a built in eye level electric double oven and grill and space for a dishwasher and under counter fridge. A UPVC double glazed window looks out to the garden and the floor is vinyl. The triple aspect sitting room has a brick chimney breast with open flue and Jetmaster grate, a Tavistock slate hearth and double doors to the conservatory. The double glazed conservatory has doors leading to the garden and beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. This room is used year round.
Stairs from the entrance hall leading to a landing off which are three double bedrooms, all with fitted cupboards, and a family bathroom.

Gardens - This is a generous south-west facing garden with beautiful views across the countryside to the Parish church tower and to the woods. It is mostly laid to lawn with raised stone planters stocked with flowering plants and shrubs and natural ferns.
