THE FARMHOUSE
Fernicaps farmhouse is believed to date back to the 1900’s and is of rendered brick elevations under a pitched slated roof. A door off the dining room leads to a garden room enjoying a triple aspect and to the rear lies a kitchen which could be incorporated into the dining room to create open plan living if you so wished. In addition on the ground floor is a utility, rear hall and separate W.C. Upstairs are four bedrooms, two of which have bay windows and are generous in proportions, together with a family bathroom. The property would now benefit from some updating and has scope to extend (STP) if you so wished.

The property is approached on the northern elevation where there is parking for several cars and to the side is a timber clad garage with log store. Lawned gardens surround the property on two sides, interspersed with a number of mature shrubs, trees and bushes.
