The Area

For green space, Victorian Roundwood Park is within a 10-minute walk and has a locally renowned café, garden shop, sports pitches and aviaries.

Much-loved Kensal Green, with its excellent pubs, restaurants, including The Island, is also nearby along with Kensal Rise and Willesden Green, which has an outpost of Beer+Burger. Harlesden High Street is home to plenty of good local amenities and The Royal Oak Pub. The outstanding amenities of Queen's Park and Notting Hill are within easy reach, as is Westfield shopping centre and White City.

The area is experiencing large levels of investment, including the new Crossrail train network and the potential development of Old Oak Common to create the HS2 interchange.

For schooling, the house is near St Joseph's, which was voted the second best primary school in the UK by the The Sunday Times in 2019. Maple Walk Primary School is also only a 10-minute walk away, while North Brent School - part of Wembley Tech secondary - is also close.

The house is a 10-minute walk to both Neasden and Dollis Hill underground stations, which provide quick Jubilee line services into central London. Bond Street can be reached in under 30 minutes and Canary Wharf in under 45 minutes. There is also easy road access to the west via the A40/M40, the North Circular and the north of England via the M1.
