Description
Since their acquisition in 2015, the current owners have tastefully extended the kitchen to create a dual-aspect kitchen/dining area, seamlessly connected to a spacious sun terrace via bi-fold doors. This harmonious extension blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor living, providing the perfect setting for alfresco dining while soaking in the expansive views. The master bedroom's balcony offers a cozy spot to unwind and savor a glass of wine while witnessing the beauty of the sunset.
The accommodation features an entrance hall, cloakroom, striking kitchen/dining room, spacious sitting room, and a utility room on the ground floor. The first floor boasts an impressive master bedroom positioned to capture the mesmerising views, complete with a balcony, dressing area, and en suite shower room. Three more bedrooms and a family bathroom complete the upper level living spaces.
The close proximity of the many surfing beaches along the North Devon coastline is a great attraction to those living in this location.
Agent's Note: There is a possibility of expanding the accommodation by integrating the double garage into the existing layout, potentially creating a separate annex for a dependent relative or for generating rental income. The property's spacious surroundings provide ample room for extensions on either side, subject to any necessary consents.
Outside
Approached via a gated tarmac driveway offering parking for up to 6 vehicles and access to the double garage, the commanding position of the house is evident and hints at the vistas that await. Positioned on a generous plot, the lawned gardens guide you to the rear of the property where there is an area of shrubbery with steps leading down to the utility room. On the northern side of the property there is ample space for sheds or vegetable garden if desired.
Please note, some of the photographs have been taken with a wide-angled lens to make more of the rooms.
