This home has been an absolute joy to renovate over the years, and we have cherished every moment of living here. Our friends and family have loved watching our house evolve, and now it's time to welcome another family to give it the love and joy it deserves.

When redesigning the house, the garden was the centre of our attention. Being able to swing open the doors on a warm summer morning, while listening to the fountain trickle away, has been one of our highlights. The garden has been a sanctuary, offering a peaceful retreat and a beautiful space for gatherings. When the sun goes down, the cosy sofa area really lends itself to late-night firepits with friends and family, creating unforgettable memories.

Throughout the renovation process, we’ve been fortunate to meet some spectacular local tradespeople who have done a fantastic job adding the finishing touches. Their craftsmanship and dedication have truly helped to make our house a home, adding personal touches that make this place so special.

We will be incredibly sad to leave such a warm and welcoming road, where neighbours have become friends, but we look forward to handing it over to a new family. We hope they will love and enjoy the hard work we’ve put in, and create their own wonderful memories here.

As you can see from the details, this house has been renovated from top to bottom and is extremely well presented with a superb finish. It has some great space on offer both upstairs and downstairs and is ready to move straight into. Our sellers have perfectly summed up why not only is this a great house but also a fantastic location with so much right on your doorstep.

To the front you have an open entrance hall with high quality flooring, this then leads you to a refitted shower room which has been tastefully finished. Opposite to this you have a reception room which is currently set up as an additional living room, in fact there is also another similar size room across the hall way which is being used as an exercise but could be an ideal downstairs bedroom or playroom. You have some storage off of the hallway and more storage under the stairs, but moving to the back of this home is where it gets special. That's because you enter into one of our favourite things about this house which is the light and bright, open plan kitchen / living space. Not only is this a excellent size but it's where our sellers spend most of their time and you can see why!

The kitchen is an excellent specification with built in appliances such as your double ovens, induction hob and of course fridge freezer. But what we love is the island giving you plenty of storage an the way that the dining room that overlooks that wonderful garden, connects up with the rest of the home.

Upstairs on the first floor, all of the bedrooms are a good size with two of them being comfortable double rooms. The main bathroom has a great finish much like downstairs and has been fully tiled. The master bedroom however is absolutely huge, boasting 18ft in length and giving you a vast amount of space to play with, along with the eave storage.

The garden is one of the key feature selling points of this home and is a lovely size and very low maintenance, but one of the things we love the most is how sunny and private it is being West facing. There is access to the back via the gate and also access to the front at the side, where to the front you have ample driveway parking and of course the garage. The sellers have converted part of the garage to create an office room which is ideal if you are working from home and don't want to substitute an internal room to do so. If you are looking for a spacious family home that is in immaculate condition, in a great location then this really is not one to miss out on, we can't wait to take you on a tour in person.

This house is in a great location for so many reasons and is an extremely popular road to live on. There is a parade of shops less than half a mile away and only a 5 minute walk for those everyday essentials, but you also have the likes of the Sandhurst high street just a few minutes further on from there with a great choice of shops and local business.
The home sits within many popular school catchments but is only a few minutes walk from both St. Michael's and New Scotland Hill Primary Schools. Within a few minutes drive you are at the popular Camberley Meadows where you have choice of both Tesco and M&S superstores. If you like the idea of having green space to walk around, then this is perfect with Wildmoor Heath Nature Reserve just around the corner and both Ambarrow woods and Horse Shoe Lake nearby. If you are commuting there are great links to both the M3 and M4 whilst Sandhurst Train Station is only a 20 minute walk away.
