We are looking to share our recently renovated house on Hanover Terrace. We have 2 double rooms available. One for £660 per month and one for £595 per month. ALL BILLS ARE  INCLUDED. The street is close to the bottom of the hill in the Hanover district of Brighton. Close to the level and the open market.

The rooms are both double rooms but we are looking for single people. No couples please, as we don't want the house to be overcrowded. We are all in our 50's and hard-working professionals. As we have accommodation at the hotel we of ten stay there so will not be in the house most of the time

For these rooms we are looking for a professional people a little older than the average age of house sharers. 

One room is large and is at the front of the house with a big window and lots of light. There is a bed and a big double wardrobe with hanging space and drawers. The other room  is smaller but still a good size (3.25m x 2.75m). It is light, and it is at the back of the house looking out on the gardens. It has a double bed and a wardrobe with drawers and a hanging rail.

In addition. there is a shared room (3.6m x3.2m) which is an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge, Freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is a shared bathroom with bath/shower and WC. There is also a lovely roof terrace. All bills are included. Gas, electric, water, council tax and internet (132Gb). The house has central heating. This is a calm, relaxed house-share and so we are looking for someone who is easy going and tolerant. However, it is a strictly NO SMOKING house. No pets please. As allergic to cat and dog hair.
