Description

Stunning, refurbished 1.5 bedroom flat in West Greenwich – furnished or unfurnished

The property is a lower ground floor flat of over 600 square feet in a semi-detached Victorian building. This spacious flat has been completely remodelled to a very high standard. The apartment consists of a spacious open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with solid oak flooring and new, double-glazed French doors leading directly to exclusive use of a large L-shaped outside terrace/garden. The kitchen has a quartz worktop, dishwasher and ample storage. Just off the main room is a utility room with a washer dryer and freezer. The new bathroom has a large walk-in rain shower and has been very tastefully configured. The main bedroom has a bay window and features a built-in bespoke wardrobe and cornice lighting flooding the walls. A small second bedroom would be ideal as a WFH office or as a space for a single bed when friends stay over.

The flat is located in the highly desirable Ashburnham Triangle in West Greenwich. For those of you who don’t know the area, West Greenwich is in London Zone 2 but still retains a unique character akin to a lively urban village. Facilities and amenities are plentiful: within 10 minutes walk (max) lies the beautiful Royal Park, the Thames, Greenwich Market, Greenwich Theatre, numerous gyms, a multi-screen Picturehouse Cinema, loads of interesting independent shops and more drinking and eating establishments than you can shake a stick at. Deptford, with its ever increasing ‘trendy’ drinking and eating scene, is a 10 minute walk in the other direction.

Transport options are plentiful. The local station is a 5 minute walk away, where overland trains take you to London Bridge and Cannon Street in less than 10 and 15 minutes respectively. There are also direct Thameslink trains taking you to Luton Airport via   Clerkenwell (20 minutes) and Kings Cross (25 minutes). The Docklands Light Railway takes you to Canary Wharf in 10 minutes and Bank in 20 minutes. An Uber will cost around £17 from London Bridge, £20 from Shoreditch and £23 from the West End.

This lovely flat would suit a professional individual or couple.

Prospective tenants only, no agents or companies please.
