BILLS

ALL of our properties are inclusive of bills. This means that your council tax, water rates, gas, electric, Wi-Fi, TV licence, and even the cleaners and gardeners are included in your rent. We don’t have coin meters or any caps, we just ask that you please be reasonable with usage.


NO DEPOSIT OPTION

We now offer a no deposit option (Reposit) minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. MONTHLY SOCIALS, DISCOUNTS AND EVENTS

All our tenants automatically become members of the OX Living Community! This means that everyone benefits from discounts on things like local takeaways, hairdressers & barbers, nail salons, cafes, gyms and much more. In addition to this we hold social events where you can get to know likeminded professionals. We arrange things like pub quiz nights, running clubs, games nights and more. We have over 400 members for you to get to know!


THE PROPERTY

The house has been designed with you in mind! Communal areas are open plan and include a kitchen, dining table or breakfast bar, and living area with a 50” SMART TV. You will have full use of the modern kitchen with a dishwasher, two cookers, two sinks, fridge freezers, microwave and plenty of cupboard space. All crockery and cooking equipment are provided and communal areas are cleaned regularly by OX Living. Thereis a utility area where you will have full use of the washing machines/dryers. We also have 3D Tours available as not everybody lives locally and can get to viewings physically.


The home is less than half a mile from the nearest M&S Simply Food, and there is also a Tesco Express (less than a mile away), a Tesco supermarket (less than a mile away) and a Waitrose (slightly over 9 miles away) within easy reach.


For those who enjoy the cinema, there is a Vue cinema less than half a mile away in Bicester.
