    Andy is an absolutely amazing person! He is always helpful, kind, and supportive. It’s so nice to see someone who really loves their job.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building has many good things, especially for pet owners—it’s very pet friendly. However, it would be great to see a bit more attention given to families with children. Right now, it feels like pets are more welcome than kids. Adding a small play area or corner for children would make a big difference. Some activities or events for kids would also be wonderful and help create a more balanced and family-friendly environment.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Honestly its the best location ive ever lived😂 coming from a small town its amazing to have the vibrant city right there but also the relaxing coast line on your door step

    Really quickly! Only had one small issue and was solved within the hour

    How efficient the postal system works! I get a lot of deliveries so this means a lot hahah

    Nice location . Away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre . Quiet area , great services provided and staff are really friendly. Not many shops super close , only a small Sainsbury shop but it has everything you need .

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Haven’t had any problems to arise yet . Any problem from other tenants seem to be handled .

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Maybe a breakdown of what’s actually included in non furnished and furnished . But everything is fairly explanatory from the website and what the staff go through during viewings .

    Great location - easy access to the city bars, restaurants and shops. Also walking distance to Lime Street for mainline connections eg London and Manchester. We love our views from the apartment looking out to the Mersey, Irish Sea and Welsh mountains.

    The building management have always responded promptly to any problems or issues.

    The Lexington is an amazing place to live! It is a beautiful scenic place with views from every room. The staff, Callum, Kyran, Paige, Caitlin, Anton and Andy are amazing and always smiley!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes, any issues we raised are always dealt with by the 24 hour concierge.

    The move in process was quick and efficient! The staff made it easier for us.
