Description
LOCATION
Chelmer Village is particularly popular with families having two primary schools, an Asda supermarket, opticians, doctors, takeaway and pub, whilst the Chelmer Village Retail Park has a wide variety of shops. Countryside walks are also not far, whilst the city centre is around 1.5 miles away.
OVERVIEW OF ACCOMMODATION
From the Entrance Hall you'll find the stairs rising to the first floor and doors to the Downstairs Toilet, Study and 'Snug' (which both face front) and the Kitchen and Lounge which are both located at the rear. The Study provides a perfect work from home space without having to use one of the bedrooms, whilst the 'Snug' is a really versatile space - currently used as a reading room it would make an equally good playroom for smaller children or second lounge for the older ones.
Both the Lounge and Kitchen have doors into the Conservatory, which is currently set up as a dining room and has windows overlooking, and doors leading out to, Rear Garden.
The Kitchen is part of an extension and has been fitted with a range of white gloss wall and base units with worktops over, integrated washing machine and dishwasher, and spaces for 'Range style' oven and fridge/freezer.
On the first floor Bedrooms One and Two face front and back respectively, with Bedrooms Three and Four doing the same. Bedroom One has a range of fitted wardrobes and a walk in double width shower cubicle. The Bathroom faces rear with a white suite.
Outside, the Rear Garden has brick patio and gravelled seating areas with the remainder laid to lawn. To one side is a timber shed, and to the other is a personal door into the garage and a side gate.
To the front there is a driveway for a number of vehicles and an up and over door to the garage.
AGENTS NOTE
Please note that the garage joins on to an electric sub station
