From Torrington take the A386 to the roundabout at Hatherleigh taking the 3rd exit onto the A3072 continuing into Highampton and follow the road round a sharp right bend then turn left just before the Golden Inn. Turn right into Burdon Lane and the property will be found a short distance on the left hand side.
