5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I can imagine living here with no car would be quite difficult at the moment due to no through running buses and I can imagine you would be looking at 40ish minute walk depending on which side you lived but it is a lovely sized tesco and a brilliant range of eating out restaurants and a ‘shopping centre’. Parking can be troublesome around a few areas of development, parking on bends alongside road meaning only one car going through etc.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Responded very quickly to email, but the time taken to get maintenance can be quite long sometimes but granted their busy and some things are not a major problem
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Look at the show homes in the development too because really gives you an idea of what ‘living’ in the house would be like.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Whiteley is a great development, with literally everything here you could need from supermarkets, petrol stations, shopping, dining, even cinema, even school all on the door step. Great for a young family. The motorway is but a few minutes away with good road links, and train stations close too. At this time, due to the development still being under construction, it can be a little noisy, and busy, but in time and when that's done it will be a great place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, everything and anything i have raised has been dealt with quickly, efficiently and professionally.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing, my viewing was arranged and completed all within a few days. Very good.

1Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very easy links to shopping between both Portsmouth and Southampton with access to Whiteley shopping centre which is great!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very very Poor, communication is terrible, long long waits to get any information regarding the next steps on our homes repairs. We’ve even been asked if we know what’s going on with the repairs on our house by the property management team, THIS IS YOUR PROPERTY!! Absolutely disgusting! Extremely disappointed!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I was hopeful when we moved in that being a new property there would be no major issues just a couple of minor repair issues that may arise, little did we know that our whole kitchen would have to be removed and backboards replaced due to black mould, extremely concerning especially when my partner has really bad allergies and this was made aware to the property management team! Absolutely disgusted!
