We have two luxurious ensuite double rooms available in a professional house share in Wandsworth.

The ensuite rooms are on the first floor: one facing the front of the house, and one towards the middle of the house.

The house is a 10 minute walk to Wandsworth Town train station, which is 12 minutes to Waterloo, and is in Zone 2.

Location-wise, Wandsworth is full of amenities: you're close to the Thames, Southside shopping centre, huge Sainsbury's, Clapham Junction train station is only a 20 minute walk away or so, and Clapham Common is around 15 minutes' walk.

The housemates are from a wonderful diverse mix of British and international backgrounds. We have young professionals (one female and three male) from Britain, Qatar, Norway, and Albania. The housemate has moved out to live on his own.

The house has six ensuite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and open-plan living room, a lovely patio garden, and a basement for storage.

The kitchen has two tall fridge freezers, ample cupboards, a range cooker for cooking enthusiasts, microwave, washer dryer, and dishwasher. The living room has a 59 inch OLED Smart TV, and Chesterfield sofas.

An excellent weekly cleaner comes to clean the shared areas of the house, and the cost of this is included in the bills. 1GB superfast broadband (with signal boosters throughout the house) is also included.

The rent is:
- first floor middle: £1,495 per month (or £345 per week), with all bills included. The room is available immediately, and we will consider tenancies starting as late as mid-July
- first floor front: £1,625 per month (or £375 per week), with all bills included. This room is available from 25 July.

No couples, and no pets please.
